How do I connect my tracker to a new phone/tablet?

Whether you've just bought a new phone/tablet, or are more comfortable with the app on a different phone/tablet, here are the steps to connect your tracker to the new phone/tablet:
De-register the tracker: within the Striiv app on your old phone/tablet, tap "Tracker Settings" in the app menu. This should display a "Tracker Settings" screen, with the "De-register Device" option listed at the very bottom. Select this and follow the prompts to do so.
Not seeing a "Tracker Settings" screen? Your tracker may already be disconnected from the app. If you're seeing time/date on the tracker when it's turned on, reference step 3 for instructions on how to factory reset.
Still seeing time/date on the tracker after de-registering? You'll need to factory reset: turn on the Striiv tracker and swipe to the left of the time/date (and battery percentage) screen to select Apps > swipe to the second Apps screen to select settings > swipe to the factory reset screen and tap the check mark to confirm.
On your new phone/tablet, open the Striiv app and tap Tracker Settings in the app menu once more to pull up the in-app pairing process.
