If you're seeing striiv.com/start or a battery icon on your Striiv device when you plug it into charge, your device is in pairing mode. You will need to re-pair the device through the in-app pairing process.
Selecting "Tracker Settings" in the app menu (3 bar icon on the top left of the Striiv app home screen) will open the pairing window, and provide you with next steps. If tapping Tracker Settings displays the "Tracker Settings" screen, you'll need to scroll down to select "De-register device". This fully disconnects your tracker and frees it up for re-pairing.
